/ About the project

In what seems to be the first AI embedded inside an NFT, Mikasa chose to shake up the art market. By training an AI using millions of NFTs and their prices, the goal was to predict the value of any artwork.

However, rather than meticulously fine-tuning the AI to ensure accurate predictions, Mikasa halted the training prematurely, resulting in an AI that is almost capable of predicting artwork prices.

The AI is embedded inside the NFT itself, allowing anyone to draw on the NFT and receive its (almost) exact value.

Besides being an obvious reference to the famous TV show, "The Price Is Almost Right" is also a critique of the current art market.

By (in)correctly training an AI on a dataset of NFT floor prices and embedding it within the NFT itself, Nahiko Mikasa creates an experience where the collector becomes the artist.

Each of their strokes is judged by the all-powerful AI.

The collection achieved resounding success in the NFT space, with hundreds of collectors purchasing and engaging with the artwork, as shown in this Twitter screenshot.

By using TensorFlow and converting the neural network's weights back into base64, Mikasa managed to embed the AI directly inside the NFT, possibly creating the very first AI embedded NFT.
